Coaching and Physical Training

The NH Junior Freeze practices are run on weekdays with games typically played on weekends. Dry-land sessions are generally run 2 days per week. The dry-land and physical fitness aspects of our program entail hockey related plans for strength, power, speed, agility and performance. We utilize plyometric exercise, aerobic training, core muscle and strength programs and a flexibility program.  We put our players in an environment that stresses hard work both on and off the ice. We challenge our players to work hard and have fun while being exposed to increased speed and intense physical play.  Our practices are designed to enhance each player's skills and develop their game to a level that promotes interest by college programs.

We offer our players full time Coaching and Management in developing of our players in skill, team play and career guidance.  We are always available to assist and guide our players as they make critical decisions regarding their future.
